Exchange Policy

AuraVu offers a 2-day exchange policy, meaning you have 2 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at shopauravu@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the address we provide upon approval. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for an exchange.
